Terms and Conditions
1.	PC, Server and Notebook Prices are quoted Ex Works and Exclude VAT.
2.	Prices and Specifications are subject to change without prior notice. Please confirm exchange rate at time of purchase. Note!! SERVER OPTION prices are based on inclusion in pre-configured Server. Server options are subject to additional costs if purchased separately.
3.	Backorder item prices may fluctuate and are subject to change. Please confirm at time of order.
4.	Payment terms - Strictly C.O.D. only unless prior arrangements have been made for Credit Facilities.
5.	Mecer Desktop PCs and Servers have a 36 month (3 year) warranty from date of purchase. Notebooks carry a 2 year warranty on the CPU / 1 year warranty on LCD display & battery. Optional items, when sold separately, carry a 1 year warranty. Mecer UPS's are sold with a 2 year unit warranty and a 1 year battery warranty. NOTE : MECER (EA) LIMITED WARRANTY IS APPLICABLE TO DEALERS ONLY!
6.	The warranty will be void if the serial number lable is missing, damaged or tampered with.
7.	The warranty will be void if the product is physically damaged, or failed as a result of a power surge.
8.	Repairs must be returned with original purchase invoice and fault report !
9.	Faulty goods must be returned directly to Mecer East Africa Limited for repair or replacement. Warranty terms are - Return To Base (RTB).
10.	Mecer East Africa Limited is not responsible for any repaired goods not being collected after 6 months.
11.	All returns must have prior Written approval. If the return of goods takes place after 7 days from the date of invoice (maximum 30 days), then the credit passed will be the lesser amount of 80% of the current selling price, or 80% of the original purchase price, whichever is lower, provided the goods are in resaleable condition, including Manuals, Software and Packaging. Acceptance of any returns will be at Mecer East Africa Ltd discretion.
12.	No credit will be passed for goods returned 30 days or more from invoice date.
13.	Component / spare parts orders will be cancelled 5 days after completion, if not collected. PC / Notebook orders will be cancelled 14 days after completion, if not collected.
14.	Backordered items that have come into stock will be cancelled 14 days after completion if not collected.
15.	Any Returns, Software and retail packaged peripherals will NOT be credited if packaging has been opened!
